Terms And Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for drinks & food at either The Risley Park, Derby Road , Risley, Derby. DE72 3SS or The Carnarvon, Fackley Road, Teversal, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottingham. NG17 3JA for the monetary amounts in exchange for services of the same value. Vouchers are none transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All services are subject to availability. No change or credit is given and full amount needs to be used on your visit. Services must be pre-booked and the original voucher/email surrendered prior to delivery of services. The unique code can only be used once. Lost, stollen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded. The voucher cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking renders the voucher null and void.
